The purpose of this workshop is to inform participants of professional bodies and associations about their rights and responsibilities.
They will receive an overview of the benefits, services and covering provided by various professional bodies.
Awareness will be raised of how members can participate in the functioning of their chosen entity and how they can add value their professional bodies.
Adhering to scope of practise and values of a professional body.
Dealing with client/public complaints, grievance and disciplinary processes and policies.
